Team Up to Save Fred!

Using only a few tools, and NO TOUCHING, can you rescue Fred and get him in a life preserver and back to the boat? Geeklings need to use their critical thinking and teamwork to figure out how to fix the capsized boat, grab a life preserver, get it on Fred and get him safely back in the boat. There may be some snacking along the way too, but don't eat Fred! Teamwork is essential to even solo projects, making sure you have the skills to talk out your ideas and work through challenges and solutions is vital. And this puzzle needs those skills!
